Program Description:
Control of Hazardous Energy
This session provides an understanding of the purpose of Oregon OSHA’s hazardous energy control (Lockout/Tagout) standard. The discussion will cover the range of elements that make for an effective program. Attendees will have a better grasp of the intent of this requirement as well as the tools to make their program successful.

Presenter Information:
Michael Hill, CSP
Michael has 18 years of safety management experience and has served the safety consultation needs of Southern Oregon employers for nine years. He has provided management level safety guidance and consultation, presents general safety topics, safety committee and leadership training, Safety In Motion body mechanics training, office ergonomics assessments, and various onsite safety audits. He has enjoyed many long-standing partnerships and continues to establish and build important key relationships to champion the cause of safety and health.
